Annual training is required for all NFA-registered firms and is highly recommended for FINRA-registered firms as part of their ongoing obligations to maintain and enforce compliance programs with internal controls, policies, and procedures. The course version for Financial Services firms includes a section tailored to industry-specific requirements in the U.S.
